We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, your rights, and how to contact us. It applies to our website, mobile app(s), and related services (together, the “Services”).

1) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) you provide it to us; (b) we collect it automatically; (c) we receive it from third parties.

a) Information you provide

  • Account & profile: name, email address, password (stored hashed), time zone, and any details or profile photo you choose to add.

  • Memberships & purchases: plan/subscription selection, booking details, invoices/receipts, and status (active, expired, canceled).

  • Content you post: community posts, comments, likes, messages, uploaded media, forms you submit.

  • Support & communications: inquiries sent by email or forms, and your communication preferences.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language, country/region, referral URLs, pages/screens viewed, features used, buttons tapped, session time.

  • Diagnostics & crash data: logs, performance metrics, crash reports to improve stability.

c) Information from third parties

  • Payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal): payment confirmations and limited billing metadata (we do not store full card numbers).

  • Analytics/SDKs (e.g., Google/Firebase/Crashlytics): aggregated usage and performance metrics.

  • Video/meeting tools (e.g., Zoom): basic scheduling metadata when we host sessions.

We do not knowingly collect special category data (e.g., health data) or precise geolocation through the app.

2) How We Use Your Information (Purposes & Legal Bases)

We process personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (create/manage accounts, enable community participation, bookings, subscriptions, access to paid content). (Legal bases: contract; legitimate interests)

  • Customer support (respond to requests). (Contract; legitimate interests)

  • Performance, security, and fraud prevention (monitor, troubleshoot, secure accounts). (Legitimate interests; legal obligations)

  • Payments & billing (process purchases, comply with accounting/tax). (Contract; legal obligations)

  • Communications (service/transactional emails; with consent, newsletters or promotions—unsubscribe anytime). (Contract; consent; legitimate interests)

  • Legal compliance (fulfill regulatory and enforcement requirements). (Legal obligations)

3) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with:

  • Service providers / processors (acting on our instructions):

    • Wix.com Ltd. (hosting, forms, member management, email automation)

    • Payment processors (Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal)

    • Google (Analytics, Firebase/Crashlytics)

    • Email/SMS providers (transactional and optional marketing communications)

    • Video services (e.g., Zoom)

    • Cloud storage/support tools
      These providers are bound by contracts and process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.

We may also share information:

  • For legal reasons (to comply with law or enforce our terms), or

  • In a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), under appropriate safeguards.

4) International Transfers

We may process data in Belgium and other countries. When transferring personal data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on recognized safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) adopted by us or our vendors.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and secure configurations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continually improve our practices.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Account data: for as long as your account is active; deleted or anonymized within [30–90] days after confirmed account deletion.

  • Transactions & invoices: kept for up to [7–10] years to meet legal/tax obligations.

  • Logs & diagnostics: typically [12–24] months for security and performance.
    We may retain limited information if required by law, to resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Depending on your location and applicable law (e.g., GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Access your data;

  • Rectify inaccurate data;

  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);

  • Restrict or object to processing;

  • Data portability;

  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., the Belgian Data Protection Authority).

8) Cookies & Tracking (Website)

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and to remember preferences. Some cookies are set by Wix and third parties (e.g., Google Analytics). You can manage cookies via your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time:

Upon verification, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited information for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (e.g., transaction records) for the period required by law. You may request a copy of your data before deletion.

11) Marketing Communications

We may send service/transactional emails related to your account. We send marketing emails only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.

12) Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app/website or by email. The “Effective date” at the top shows the latest update.
